Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gideon Kodu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 7 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Giliusson came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 17th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Giliusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Georg Giliusson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Georg Giliusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kent Kellman hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gideon Kodu in the 33rd minute. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Georg Giliusson having to make a save. In the 38th minute, Luis Andino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Gideon Kodu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Gideon Kodu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute of the match, Luis Andino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Georg Giliusson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 67 minutes into the match, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's goalkeeper Georg Giliusson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. In the 68th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Juan Sebastián Puig to score against Georg Giliusson in Quetzal Flyers Hammers's goal. 0-5 after 68 minutes. Georg Giliusson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 70th minute. In the 76th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Georg Giliusson. Georg Giliusson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 81st minute of play forced Quetzal Flyers Hammers's goalkeeper Georg Giliusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Birger Nordmark hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The Quetzal Flyers Hammers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
