Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amadeo Gipuzkoa went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.D.A.C.'s zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jurand Sidorowicz came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Matias Valiente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manoel Vianna in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute of the match C.A.D.A.C. got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Matias Valiente ran over to the corner to take the kick. C.A.D.A.C.'s Matias Valiente was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jose Afonso hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Sidorowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Manoel Vianna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matias Valiente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 47 minutes into the match, C.A.D.A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Jurand Sidorowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jurand Sidorowicz. C.A.D.A.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manoel Vianna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jurand Sidorowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Damaso Lico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. The supporters of Venezuela booed when C.A.D.A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Valiente didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, C.A.D.A.C.'s Jurand Sidorowicz got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Tomas Illescas fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Tomas Illescas a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Damaso Lico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Manoel Vianna came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Manoel Vianna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.D.A.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C.A.D.A.C. had played much better football throughout.
