Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Thiago Machado kicked off to start the match. Carlos Eduardo Dracena hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 5 minutes of play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Thiago Machado made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! 12 minutes into the match, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Thiago Machado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Alvaro Rudolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Alvaro Rudolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Santino Seco made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Rudolfo. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 27 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonas Velloso who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Jonas Velloso to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 28th minute, Axel Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Rudolfo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Colombia's Pascual Carballar got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 34th minute of play forced Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Alvaro Rudolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Rudolfo came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Abram Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thiago Machado went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Fausto Romero was substituted for Thor Machado. The Coritiba Foot Ball Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Colombia were winning 2-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abram Sarmiento to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Marquez Padolles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 82 minutes, Marquez Padolles made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Romero during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Fausto Romero got a free kick in the 85th minute. 3-4 became the score in the 88th minute when Ignacio Mastache elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Mastache got free with Alvaro Rudolfo in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Abram Secada came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Secada couldn't finish the play. In the 98th minute, Kevin Mastache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
