In the 20th minute, Nunez Feliz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA Boca Jrs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Nunez Feliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anoush Rott, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Enzo Cinalli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrico Palomba in the 31st minute. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anoush Rott. Anoush Rott received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Anoush Rott slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anoush Rott in the 52nd minute of the match. Adriano Alfieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute Anoush Rott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adriano Alfieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 65th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes CA Boca Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Di Rocco. 71 minutes into the game, Nunez Feliz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. CA Boca Jrs made a substitution. Emiliano Di Luzio replaced Nunez Feliz. CA Boca Jrs's Biagio Melchiorre was substituted for Cristiano Di Rocco. After 79 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Cinalli who took care of the corner kick. The corner led CA Boca Jrs's Davide Flumian to a score. 4-0 in the 79th minute. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Emiliano Di Luzio sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After 87 minutes of play, CA Boca Jrs's Anoush Rott made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Emiliano Di Luzio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 94th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Cinalli missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 96 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Jonathan Ferrant right hand side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CA Boca Jrs.
