Charles De Meur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Rigoberto Mina's late challenge caught a Berkshire Harthaway FC.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Mina helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Charles De Meur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, Berkshire Harthaway FC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by György Márton to maneuver through the defense. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Sándor Markovits kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles De Meur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes, György Márton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Berkshire Harthaway FC. and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. György Márton was shown his second yellow card after 40 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 41 played minutes Berkshire Harthaway FC. got a freekick which was hit by György Márton. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germán Bersabe in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Berkshire Harthaway FC.'s goalkeeper Charles De Meur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Björkdahl in the 62nd minute of the match. Miklós Szalay hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Berkshire Harthaway FC.'s goalkeeper Charles De Meur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Charles De Meur in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 played minutes Berkshire Harthaway FC. got a freekick which was hit by Sándor Markovits. Tomas Illescas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 71st playminute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Björkdahl in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Berkshire Harthaway FC.'s Frank Björkdahl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Björkdahl in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Berkshire Harthaway FC.'s Charles De Meur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Tibor Székely hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miklós Szalay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
