Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinko Ormandzhiev in the 4th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iskren Drazhev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute of the match Temida Sf got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dinko Ormandzhiev ran over to the corner to take the kick. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinko Ormandzhiev in the 12th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ikonom Brúmbarov. The goal made the score 1-0. Ikonom Brúmbarov made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Agustín Saelices sent off a good shot on target. When Temida Sf's Iskren Drazhev in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Venelin Levenski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traycho Stamboldzhiev in the 33rd minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iskren Drazhev, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Temida Sf's goalkeeper Ikonom Brúmbarov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the game, Temida Sf's Iskren Drazhev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iskren Drazhev made a kick off. Ikonom Brúmbarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 57th minute. Temida Sf's Ikonom Brúmbarov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 59th minute of play. Ikonom Brúmbarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 61st minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Temida Sf's Ikonom Brúmbarov. Ikonom Brúmbarov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Temida Sf's Roman Sharbanov was substituted for Dinko Ormandzhiev. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iskren Drazhev in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Iskren Drazhev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iskren Drazhev's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Temida Sf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafail Lozenski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iskren Drazhev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Ikonom Brúmbarov. Temida Sf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After 84 played minutes Temida Sf got a freekick which was hit by Traycho Stamboldzhiev. In the 89th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ikonom Brúmbarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iskren Drazhev might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iskren Drazhev ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iskren Drazhev in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ikonom Brúmbarov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There was no doubt that Ecuador were the better team. Ecuador's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
