The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of En avant de guingamp's Shi Guo Wen. Pan Xiang Kuan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni Jun Liang in the 15th minute of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Denizhan Ünüvar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xu Xing Ming kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ni Jun Liang in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. After 30 minutes, Antonio Arias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the En avant de guingamp players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 33 played minutes En avant de guingamp got a freekick which was hit by Denizhan Ünüvar. Shi Guo Wen came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. En avant de guingamp's Shi Guo Wen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. Shi Guo Wen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ni Jun Liang in the 43rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the En avant de guingamp defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shi Guo Wen. The En avant de guingamp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shi Guo Wen should have stopped the shot.

En avant de guingamp made a substitution. Kaan Aktürk replaced Diego Jehan. Denizhan Ünüvar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Carlos Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ni Jun Liang in the 56th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, En avant de guingamp's goalkeeper Shi Guo Wen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Ni Jun Liang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 66th minute. En avant de guingamp's Shi Guo Wen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save En avant de guingamp from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute of the match Pan Xiang Kuan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. Antônio Carlos Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 89 minutes of play, En avant de guingamp's Denizhan Ünüvar made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Shi Guo Wen made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Nuriana Castillo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, En avant de guingamp's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Shi Guo Wen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador played a much better game than En avant de guingamp and deserved their victory. The En avant de guingamp players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
