Bertie Johnson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Preator Edikt's Horia Tătaru got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 5 minutes, Ashley Cole managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Preator Edikt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ashley Cole was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horia Tătaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horia Tătaru ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Tătaru in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Horia Tătaru made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Horia Tătaru, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 15 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Bruno Barrett was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 17 minutes, Marshall Graham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Preator Edikt players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marshall Graham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Preator Edikt's Luís Gustavo Barbosa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bruno Barrett in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Tătaru in the 25th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Preator Edikt's Horia Tătaru. But to his dismay, Horia Tătaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 30 minutes into the match, Kyle Davies had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Pihlberg. Preator Edikt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kyle Davies was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 35th minute Horia Tătaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertie Johnson to maneuver through the defense. Preator Edikt made a substitution. Stig-Ove Blomqvist replaced Horia Tătaru. The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Preator Edikt's Kenneth Björnberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bertie Johnson in the 45 minute of the game. In the 47th minute, Stig-Ove Blomqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Preator Edikt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig-Ove Blomqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceferino Totakoxe. Preator Edikt made a substitution. Albert Örnberg replaced Fellipe Vianna. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Harvey Doyle hit a great ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Luís Gustavo Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The score was now 1-5. 69 minutes into the game, Bertie Johnson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Preator Edikt's Kenneth Björnberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Stig-Ove Blomqvist got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Preator Edikt. Stig-Ove Blomqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 77 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Bertie Johnson. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Ove Blomqvist in the 81st minute of play. Rocco Owen hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Stig-Ove Blomqvist put it in 1-8 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertie Johnson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig-Ove Blomqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Ove Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Ove Blomqvist in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Preator Edikt's Stig-Ove Blomqvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-9. When the match was over Preator Edikt could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Curacao throughout the match.
