Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Nunez Feliz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Anoush Rott took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Enrico Palomba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 4-0 became the score in the 17th minute when Nunez Feliz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Cinalli in the 20th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CA Boca Jrs's Nunez Feliz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 25th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Anoush Rott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anoush Rott got free with Benito Sanz in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Feliz in the 38th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anoush Rott in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Anoush Rott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Nunez Feliz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Nunez Feliz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 played minutes CA Boca Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Ermanno Marrone. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by CA Boca Jrs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Tasis was slow to take the kick. During this time Costa Rica's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Axel Tasis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adriano Alfieri quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nunez Feliz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Anoush Rott came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Cinalli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of CA Boca Jrs booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Tasis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nunez Feliz struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CA Boca Jrs. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Di Luzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Emiliano Di Luzio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emiliano Di Luzio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Emiliano Di Luzio scored 9-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Di Luzio came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the game, CA Boca Jrs's Emiliano Di Luzio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Enzo Cinalli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emiliano Di Luzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Emiliano Di Luzio sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. There was no doubt that CA Boca Jrs were the better team. CA Boca Jrs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
