Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off. Dennis Tozzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, CA Boca Jrs's goalkeeper Ercole Ceresoli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. Ercole Ceresoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 21st play minute Abraham Alguacil came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ercole Ceresoli. 1-0. In the 27th match minute, CA Boca Jrs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Garibaldi to maneuver through the defense. After 28 minutes, Fabrizio Costacurta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CA Boca Jrs and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes CA Boca Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Costacurta. After a defensive mix-up in CA Boca Jrs's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ercole Ceresoli came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Ubriaco in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of CA Boca Jrs's Ercole Ceresoli. Ercole Ceresoli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the match, Domenico Costacurta notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. With his leg Ercole Ceresoli managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Ercole Ceresoli made a huge save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dennis Tozzi made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Abraham Alguacil made a precise shot to the right of Ercole Ceresoli. CA Boca Jrs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When Daniele Ubriaco fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CA Boca Jrs's protests and gave Daniele Ubriaco a yellow card for diving instead. Daniele Ubriaco kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Ceresoli having to interfere. CA Boca Jrs's Ercole Ceresoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 58th minute of play. Isidoro Sarmiento took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ercole Ceresoli. Ercole Ceresoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Fabrizio Costacurta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 minutes, Carmine Orlandi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CA Boca Jrs and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carmine Orlandi kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Alex Cambeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ercole Ceresoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of CA Boca Jrs's Ercole Ceresoli. Ercole Ceresoli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute, CA Boca Jrs's Diego Tamburrini seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Diego Tamburrini the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CA Boca Jrs protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Diego Tamburrini had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 82 played minutes, Panama's Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ercole Ceresoli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Panama reached it. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ercole Ceresoli came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Isidoro Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. When the referee ended the match the Panama players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
