The crowd rose to their feet as AKHisaR's Gündüz Tavgaç slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bruno Barrett. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. After 15 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by Aziz Kıvılcım. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Aziz Kıvılcım managed to get in a good position for a shot. AKHisaR's supporters rose to their feet, but Aziz Kıvılcım was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aziz Kıvılcım in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. With an all-out effort, AKHisaR's Bruno Barrett threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arif Tugay Değirmencioğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 25th minute Gündüz Tavgaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Aziz Kıvılcım sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. 39 minutes into the match, AKHisaR's goal looked a bit too open when Rocco Owen came free, but Lefter Demirbaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aziz Kıvılcım's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Bruno Barrett skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Tugay Değirmencioğlu in the 46th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 48 minutes, Stanley Wallace managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curacao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanley Wallace was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyle Davies made a kick off. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halis İlbilge in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by İlyas Tolga Aras. Troy Kennedy hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Aziz Kıvılcım notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 62nd match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kyle Davies to maneuver through the defense. AKHisaR's Aziz Kıvılcım got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bertie Johnson charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertie Johnson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bertie Johnson hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Gündüz Tavgaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. AKHisaR made a substitution. Yakup Hacıoğlu replaced Halis İlbilge. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aziz Kıvılcım in the 70th minute of play. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yakup Hacıoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Arif Tugay Değirmencioğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Aziz Kıvılcım ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Tugay Değirmencioğlu in the 82nd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aziz Kıvılcım's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Galip Beşer struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AKHisaR. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Tugay Değirmencioğlu in the 96th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Yakup Hacıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. AKHisaR's supporters rose to their feet, but Yakup Hacıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the AKHisaR players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
