Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rodolfo Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 3rd minute of play. In the 17th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Alvarado. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind El ABUELO FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Bertassi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Rafli Leonard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Rafli Leonard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El ABUELO FC's Rodolfo Bertassi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save El ABUELO FC from getting a goal against them. Fatih Kadi made in the 34th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Isidoro Azevedo however managed to control. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Rodolfo Bertassi made a huge save. In the 42nd match minute, El ABUELO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Fix to maneuver through the defense. Isidoro Azevedo took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The Peru players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El ABUELO FC were winning 0-1.

Rodolfo Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 63rd minute of the match. El ABUELO FC's Rodolfo Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 70th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. El ABUELO FC made a substitution. Teodoro Martxot replaced Celestino Fix. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
