Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Brian Hunaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Westbeke's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Brian Hunaerts quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Adolphe Sempels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ganga Ban came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Westbeke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ganga Ban couldn't finish the play. Brian Hunaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 12th minute of play forced Westbeke's goalkeeper Brian Hunaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 minutes Westbeke's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Luis Andino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 15 minutes into the match, Westbeke's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Brian Hunaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remie Uytebroeck in the 18th minute of the match. Westbeke were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jens van Haghten took the corner. Adolphe Sempels could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Brian Hunaerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 22nd minute of play. In the 28th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Hunaerts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brian Hunaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of the match. Brian Hunaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 38th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Westbeke booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Westbeke's Adolphe Sempels was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 44th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Brian Hunaerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When Westbeke's Adolphe Sempels in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Westbeke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefaan Weynants didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ganga Ban went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 63 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Adolphe Sempels came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shen Cheng Hai hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Brian Hunaerts firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Westbeke's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Luis Andino made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Westbeke's Brian Hunaerts managed to reach the ball for a save. Westbeke's Brian Hunaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 67th minute of play. Westbeke's Brian Hunaerts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Westbeke from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remie Uytebroeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brian Hunaerts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Brian Hunaerts in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Westbeke the free kick. In the 87th minute, Cristian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brian Hunaerts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Adolphe Sempels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Westbeke's Brian Hunaerts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Westbeke from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes had been played when some careless play by Westbeke's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Juan Sebastián Puig was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.
