Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) NAGANO F.C's Rahim Niğdeli started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by NAGANO F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Vellito Alguerdo in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Murillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vellito Alguerdo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Murillo ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Vellito Alguerdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
