Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brian Hunaerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 11th minute of play. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brian Hunaerts. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Gaona ran back to his position shaking his head. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Brian Hunaerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Adolphe Sempels who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Westbeke's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Brian Hunaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Facundo Cadaval's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brian Hunaerts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Facundo Cadaval had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brian Hunaerts. Westbeke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Facundo Cadaval was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Brian Hunaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes Westbeke's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. In the 34th minute Lex Stoffels suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Macos Graciani's late challenge caught a Westbeke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Macos Graciani helped the player get up and apologised. Westbeke made a substitution. Ysmael Tagle replaced Lex Stoffels. The supporters of Westbeke booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Macos Graciani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remie Uytebroeck in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remie Uytebroeck in the 41st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th match minute, Westbeke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loui Reijckmans to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Hunaerts having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brian Hunaerts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adolphe Sempels made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Joel Gaona reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brian Hunaerts. The goal made the score 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brian Hunaerts. That made the score 0-3 after 64 minutes of play. 69 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Brian Hunaerts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ysmael Tagle came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loui Reijckmans kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After 84 minutes, Luca Rouco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the Westbeke players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Luca Rouco hit a great ball. In the 86th minute Remie Uytebroeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Alberto Tafalla put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Brian Hunaerts. In the 95th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Brian Hunaerts saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
