Jose Manzanedo kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oktay Eğriöz, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Mira Pene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Chile booed when Paso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Ellande didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mira Pene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Casaus scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mira Pene, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Jose Manzanedo with Orlando Casaus as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 30thth minute of the game Orlando Casaus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paso FC's Mira Pene was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chile were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Paso FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. Chile's Xavier Figueroa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mira Pene in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mira Pene having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 36th minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Mira Pene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Oktay Eğriöz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oktay Eğriöz in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thiago Pliego, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariano Lacasa to strike the kick off in the second half. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oktay Eğriöz in the 51st minute of the match. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oktay Eğriöz's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Oktay Eğriöz sped through Chile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. A well-hit corner resulted in Guillermo Fontirroig heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Denis Rivas struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Thiago Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paso FC. Frederik Hötzl hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Guillermo Ubelteso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tomas Lucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Denis Rivas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Rivas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Denis Rivas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Rivas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Mariano Lacasa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Mira Pene skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mira Pene stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Casaus's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. When Denis Rivas came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Paso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Rivas couldn't finish the play. The Paso FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
