But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. In the 9th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Holub in the 10th minute of the match. FC Melon were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matej Adamec took the corner. In the 13th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ján Tuleja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Melon's Marek Janič got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marek Janič in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rdth minute of the game Marek Janič who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ján Tuleja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Marek Janič in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The FC Melon fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when FC Melon's Marek Janič looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ján Tuleja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
