Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lou Cromefeldt took the kick off in the first half of the match. Matias Colebrants showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Rossem's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matias Colebrants in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Tibo Cromefeldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tibo Cromefeldt in the 14th minute. Matias Colebrants took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matias Colebrants quite easily take care of the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Colebrants saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Fc Rossem's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After 37 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matias Colebrants was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fc Rossem's Matias Colebrants played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Fc Rossem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Engelborgh to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Rossem's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Colebrants came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matias Colebrants made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Zorita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fc Rossem booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tibo Cromefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lou Cromefeldt in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou Cromefeldt in the 60th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Lou Cromefeldt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lou Cromefeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Fc Rossem's Matias Colebrants proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Fc Rossem from getting a goal against them. Matias Colebrants made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 84th minute. After 89 minutes of play, Fc Rossem's Lou Cromefeldt made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Matias Colebrants made a huge save. In the 95th minute Tibo Cromefeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Fc Rossem fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
