Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elivareo Monta got the match started through his kick off. Larra Briz was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Bruno Beldad capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bruno Beldad really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Larra Briz made a huge save. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Larra Briz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Uruguay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of C.S.D Punta Ballena:s goal. Anton Guilizasti walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Larra Briz in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Maximiliano Escribano got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Larra Briz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Anton Guilizasti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Miguel Vizcaya got a free kick in the 29th minute. After 31 minutes, Francisco Seco made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Larra Briz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Larra Briz managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Uruguay's Francisco Seco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Larra Briz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Uruguay fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Uruguay's Francisco Seco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 51st minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Larra Briz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Larra Briz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert in the 52nd minute of play. Larra Briz came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 64th minute, Maximiliano Escribano made a precise shot to the right of Larra Briz. C.S.D Punta Ballena's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Maximiliano Escribano's late challenge caught a C.S.D Punta Ballena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Escribano helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great ball. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larra Briz having to interfere. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Larra Briz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Franco in the 73rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Francisco Seco put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Larra Briz. Maximiliano Escribano scored 9-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Larra Briz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Seco might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Larra Briz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Seco ran back to his position shaking his head. Larra Briz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 90th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Camilo Franco put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Larra Briz. Larra Briz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Uruguay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
