Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Buffon saved FC Borówiec from getting behind. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Wit Dombrowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Wit Dombrowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute Wit Dombrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rupert Rose during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when FC Borówiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rupert Rose didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, FC Borówiec's Wit Dombrowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Wit Dombrowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Borys Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Borówiec's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Wit Dombrowski sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wit Dombrowski in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wit Dombrowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hamza Erzan in the 50th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wit Dombrowski in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 58 minutes of play, FC Borówiec's Wit Dombrowski made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wit Dombrowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Borys Buffon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Wit Dombrowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Hamza Erzan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wit Dombrowski in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute of the match FC Borówiec got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. André Mattsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Borówiec's corner André Mattsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. The attack was good, but when Wit Dombrowski in the 72nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Borys Buffon in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Borys Buffon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wit Dombrowski struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Borówiec. Adam Petka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but FC Borówiec were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
