Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) El Salvador's attentive Valentino Ferrant managed to snatch the ball when Terrence McAllister made a throw-in in the 4th minute of the game. The supporters of New England Minas booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Magrina didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo in action when he in the 10th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After 11 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Carvallo. Marco Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Nikitas Papaiakovou was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. New England Minas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacy Opalinski in the 21st minute of the match. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Nikitas Papaiakovou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abram Luque during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Abram Luque hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacy Opalinski in the 29th minute of the match. Marco Tamayo charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Tamayo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marco Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Terrence McAllister hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Moises Fernandino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Salvador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 39th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Brett Ladd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Salvador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mateo Leguizamo in the 41st minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of New England Minas's goalie and right to Jorge Magrina. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. New England Minas's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Nikitas Papaiakovou put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardo Zorita. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Moises Fernandino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brett Ladd having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Moises Fernandino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Brett Ladd was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nathan Whitaker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes of play, New England Minas's Ignacy Opalinski made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute, Ignacy Opalinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New England Minas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Terrence McAllister made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by El Salvador's Valentino Ferrant. In the 78th minute, Ignacy Opalinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abram Luque to maneuver through the defense. Terrence McAllister kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by New England Minas's Nikitas Papaiakovou. But to his dismay, Nikitas Papaiakovou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Ignacy Opalinski scored 6-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abram Luque recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. New England Minas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
