Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jedrzej Beninda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Andrzej Klawki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Bernard Ruszkowski made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. FC Wymiatacze's Bernard Ruszkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Salvador Gisbert fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Salvador Gisbert a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Gisbert. After 36 played minutes Tomas Illescas rounded FC Wymiatacze's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Ruszkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Labdakos Tekosis kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrzej Klawki was the one to do the kick off. FC Wymiatacze's Sergi Llinares was substituted for Andrzej Klawki. FC Wymiatacze made a substitution. Piotr Degutis replaced Jaroslaw Hetman. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when FC Wymiatacze's Sergi Llinares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sergi Llinares did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 72 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jedrzej Beninda was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. 87 minutes into the game, Camilo Gaos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Wymiatacze the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Ruszkowski came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Wymiatacze's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Artur Gardocki in the 90th minute. The corner led to FC Wymiatacze's Piotr Degutis getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergi Llinares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over FC Wymiatacze could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Venezuela throughout the match.
