The corner led ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Aaron Min to fire away a dangerous shot which Rolando Noboa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafin Cesaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Jonas Isauro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. The supporters of Peru booed when ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafin Cesaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 minutes, Eliseo Mina made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Serafin Cesaro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Serafin Cesaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Serafin Cesaro. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Nemesio Tximitx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. 25 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Serafin Cesaro. Serafin Cesaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Tximitx in the 29th minute of play. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Nemesio Tximitx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Manuel Cruz in the 39th minute of play. Nemesio Tximitx might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nemesio Tximitx ran back to his position shaking his head. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Manuel Cruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Serafin Cesaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. from getting a goal against them. After 56 played minutes ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ofri Villig. After 58 played minutes ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ofri Villig. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Cleto Onbera made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. In the 88th minute, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eliseo Mina fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Milagros Fraga came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Serafin Cesaro could save by the left post. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Tximitx in the 91st minute of play. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Rafael Gallo scored to the left of an out of position Serafin Cesaro, making the score, 0-4. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Serafin Cesaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Tenorio in the 97th minute of play. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. throughout the match.
