Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Zurlo Team's Attilio Mammarella started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute Attilio Mammarella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a free kick in the 11th minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attilio Mammarella in the 14th minute of play. Costa Rica's Alan Moruga suffered a concussion in the 22nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Fausto Silvestre fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zurlo Team's protests and gave Fausto Silvestre a yellow card for diving instead. 27 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonello Bosso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Zurlo Team's Wasyl Misiorowski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 36th minute, Wasyl Misiorowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Zurlo Team's Attilio Mammarella slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 3-0 after 40 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Mammarella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gerardo Montenegro fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Gerardo Montenegro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Gerardo Montenegro hit a great ball. After 57 played minutes, Zurlo Team's Shantala Villamediana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zurlo Team reached it. When Axel Tasis fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Axel Tasis a yellow card for diving instead. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Zurlo Team's Luka Toni was substituted for Shantala Villamediana. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Mammarella, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Axel Tasis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Axel Tasis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Antonello Bosso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wasyl Misiorowski's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 4-0 became the score in the 74th minute when Wasyl Misiorowski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wasyl Misiorowski in the 79th minute of the match. When Aaron Alcocer fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Aaron Alcocer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute of the match Fulvio Volta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wasyl Misiorowski in the 82nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Wasyl Misiorowski made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Abel Carballo charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Carballo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Zurlo Team. Wasyl Misiorowski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benito Sanz. 6-0. In the 91st minute, Gerardo Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fulvio Volta's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulvio Volta helped the player get up and apologised. Fulvio Volta kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Axel Tasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97th minute Attilio Mammarella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
