Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Nusrettin Zeki came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eralp Sadak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nusrettin Zeki, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Tarık Vahapoğlu made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tarık Vahapoğlu. SvS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Eralp Sadak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. In the 20th minute Nusrettin Zeki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Refik Artuç took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 32nd match minute, SvS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eralp Sadak to maneuver through the defense. SvS's Tarık Vahapoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save SvS from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eralp Sadak in the 35th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nusrettin Zeki in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, SvS's goalkeeper Tarık Vahapoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Felix Luque hit a great ball. Serter Tandoruk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dante Lacasa. Mexico's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Refik Artuç came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Ahmet Refik Artuç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lautaro Mancebo in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tarık Vahapoğlu saved SvS from getting behind. Tarık Vahapoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 60th minute of play. Ahmet Refik Artuç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Refik Artuç came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when SvS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qwinton Esteban didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SvS's Tarık Vahapoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Tarık Vahapoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SvS's Tarık Vahapoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SvS's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tarık Vahapoğlu came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nusrettin Zeki. A collision led to SvS getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Eralp Sadak hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarık Vahapoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The SvS players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
