Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Lautaro Mancebo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Alberto Tafalla could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Ryszard Golaszewski however easily saved by the left post. 12 minutes into the game, Piast Leszczyny's Olgierd Szkaradek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Mexico booed when Piast Leszczyny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylwester Opat didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Piast Leszczyny's goalkeeper Ryszard Golaszewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. After a defensive mix-up in Piast Leszczyny's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ryszard Golaszewski came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ryszard Golaszewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Barowicz in the 28th minute of the match. Ryszard Golaszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 39th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Szkaradek came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Barowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dominik Barowicz to make the kick off. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Olgierd Szkaradek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mexico's Jonathan Atenas was substituted for Luca Rouco. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ryszard Golaszewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Piast Leszczyny made a substitution. In the 75th minute, Luca Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Dawid Szotek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 2-3. Olgierd Szkaradek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Ryszard Golaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Piast Leszczyny's Dawid Szotek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 2-4 after 94 minutes of play.
