In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ignacy Petka was slow to take the kick. During this time Piast Leszczyny's players had a chance to rest. In the 29th minute Beniamin Golembiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ryszard Golaszewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. Dominik Barowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. Piast Leszczyny's Lefteris Mantas was substituted for Ignacy Petka. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piast Leszczyny fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Piast Leszczyny:s Ryszard Golaszewski showed great skill when he stopped Mariano Lacasa:s penalty. Aureliusz Tylenda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Pliego having to make a save. In the 82nd minute, Dominik Barowicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Orlando Casaus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Casaus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ryszard Golaszewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dawid Szotek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Olgierd Szkaradek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Pliego, 3-2. In the 96th minute Aureliusz Tylenda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Piast Leszczyny for a fine match.
