Lautaro Navarro was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Cesur Kurceren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cesur Kurceren really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesur Kurceren in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Dursun Ali Alp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 26th minute of play forced Lara FK's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Alp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Cesur Kurceren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesur Kurceren in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesur Kurceren in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dursun Ali Alp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute Edmundo Espiga ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Dursun Ali Alp. 1-1. The audience was convinced that Cesur Kurceren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mansur Yörük in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Kubat Pirane took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Dursun Ali Alp made a huge save. Dursun Ali Alp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 87th minute of play forced Lara FK's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Alp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdullah Taşgan charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdullah Taşgan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Abdullah Taşgan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesur Kurceren, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Honduras were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Lara FK to leave the ground with a draw.
