If Eugenio Oliverios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Andi Carlsen fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andi Carlsen in the 37th minute of the match. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andi Carlsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andi Carlsen to make the kick off. FC UGNINIAI's Ildefonso Niguel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save FC UGNINIAI from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute Andi Carlsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Andi Carlsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC UGNINIAI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ildefonso Niguel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, Dominykas Aurila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC UGNINIAI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC UGNINIAI the free kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC UGNINIAI fully deserved thier win.
