Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. A collision led to Skrwa Sikórz getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Edward Walczyk hit a great ball. Cassius Byrne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Monty Rogers to maneuver through the defense. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Przemyslaw Winnicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Winnicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Przemyslaw Winnicki made a huge save. In the 22nd minute of the match USA got a corner. Skrwa Sikórz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jacob May got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Przemyslaw Winnicki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Przemyslaw Winnicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Sufi Kutsan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Sufi Kutsan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zula Bielatowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Skrwa Sikórz's Przemyslaw Winnicki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Skrwa Sikórz from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Przemyslaw Winnicki in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 37th minute of play forced Skrwa Sikórz's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Winnicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Zula Bielatowicz came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Skrwa Sikórz's Lu Chuan Jun got a free kick in the 44th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
