Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Isidoro Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 6th minute, Isidoro Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Remus Bălășoiu struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El ABUELO FC. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by El ABUELO FC's Isidoro Azevedo. But to his dismay, Isidoro Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Valverde, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Valverde came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15th play minutes Isidoro Azevedo shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 21st minute, Remus Bălășoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El ABUELO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. When El ABUELO FC's Isidoro Azevedo in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Federico Valverde put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. In the 28th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Azevedo came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Isidoro Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidoro Azevedo in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 35 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Valverde came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Azevedo in the 36th minute of play. Remus Bălășoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Bălășoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. With 46 minutes on the clock, Alexander Carballo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Costa Rica fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! The referee gave El ABUELO FC a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Isidoro Azevedo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. 0-10.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoro Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. El ABUELO FC's Isidoro Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Isidoro Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Azevedo in the 59th minute of play. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remus Bălășoiu in the 60th minute. When Lautaro Puig fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Lautaro Puig a yellow card for diving instead. 64 minutes into the game, El ABUELO FC's Isidoro Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. El ABUELO FC made a substitution. Teodoro Martxot replaced Celestino Fix. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Federico Valverde got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-12. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Federico Valverde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. When Isidoro Azevedo in the 80th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Benito Sanz kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-14 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. El ABUELO FC made a substitution. Sergio Txurio replaced Isidoro Azevedo. In the 84th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Sergio Txurio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 0-15 in the 86 minute of play. In the 90th match minute, El ABUELO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fatih Kadi to maneuver through the defense. Federico Valverde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 98 played minutes El ABUELO FC got a freekick which was hit by Fatih Kadi. El ABUELO FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
