Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, Karen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Rolandsson to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Karen FC's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ma Yong Jun came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salvador Gisbert made in the 8th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Patricio Costa. In the 17th minute, Karen FC's Slawomir Majak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Karen FC's Slawomir Majak. But to his dismay, Slawomir Majak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ma Yong Jun having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ma Yong Jun. Karen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 36thth minute of the game Slawomir Majak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Majak in the 39th minute of play. Slawomir Majak's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Karen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Hedman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Slawomir Majak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Slawomir Majak to make the kick off. When Arvin Svanberg came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Karen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arvin Svanberg couldn't finish the play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Majak in the 54th minute of play. Gustaf Hedman kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvin Svanberg in the 67th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arvin Svanberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Karen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Estevez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 minutes of play, Karen FC's Slawomir Majak made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Slawomir Majak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvin Svanberg in the 83rd minute of play. Karen FC made a substitution. Bon Guidetti replaced Arvin Svanberg. The corner ended in Rickard Lövkvist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Ma Yong Jun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 87th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Slawomir Majak in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karen FC's Ma Yong Jun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Karen FC from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Slawomir Majak's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute.
