Kaj Helström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Carballar in the 18th minute of the match. Emmanuel Stroh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaj Helström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 24th minute of play. Kaj Helström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 30th match minute, Stowe City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fraser Legzdins to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Axel Montenegro put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kaj Helström. Emmanuel Stroh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 47 minutes into the game, Emmanuel Stroh recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Emmanuel Stroh showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. The supporters of Colombia booed when Stowe City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matt Briggs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaj Helström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Indiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stowe City's Kaj Helström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Stowe City from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute Pascual Carballar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaj Helström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaj Helström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 66th minute. Stowe City's Paul Villalobos was substituted for Matt Briggs. Kevin Mastache blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaj Helström having to make a save. Stowe City's Kaj Helström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Stowe City from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niles Crane in the 74th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niles Crane in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute, Ward Neal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kaj Helström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. Johnathan Haynes, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Stowe City's İsmail Pekşen. But to his dismay, İsmail Pekşen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
