Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Axbergs IF's attentive Gösta Åkesson managed to snatch the ball when Macos Graciani made a throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game. Kuido Ööpik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Codruț Dragușin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Facundo Cadaval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Kuido Ööpik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Codruț Dragușin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codruț Dragușin in the 18th minute of play. Kuido Ööpik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 21st minute of play. Kuido Ööpik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 24th minute of play. Kuido Ööpik came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 45th minute of the match, Codruț Dragușin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 46 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was King Koopa who took care of the corner kick. Axbergs IF's King Koopa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mexico's Alberto Tafalla in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Axbergs IF's goalie prevented a goal. 53 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kuido Ööpik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th match minute, Axbergs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Süleyman to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Kuido Ööpik threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 69th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuido Ööpik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Kuido Ööpik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute Codruț Dragușin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Axbergs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Kuido Ööpik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Codruț Dragușin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute of the match, Alberto Tafalla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kuido Ööpik was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kuido Ööpik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Kuido Ööpik to make any attempt to save it. Mexico played a much better game than Axbergs IF and deserved their victory. The Axbergs IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
