When Leron Sale fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jamaica's protests and gave Leron Sale a yellow card for diving instead. Geroy Ascue kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Harold Beukers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Overburen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Karlus Waugh fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 46th minute, Blair Bacon made a precise shot to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. The Jamaica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Overburen were winning 0-7.

Fabiano Jablonski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leron Sale in the 74th minute of play. If Blair Bacon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 minutes of play, Overburen's Guus Daniels made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When Koen Kolman fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Overburen's protests and gave Koen Kolman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jamaica booed when Overburen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Koen Kolman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jamaall Padmore kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
