The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurelio Rexino was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Aurelio Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Seagulls walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
