Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Bart Van de Velde came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 6th minute of play forced Suikerklontjes's goalkeeper Sammy Godts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes, Jorge Sainz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Suikerklontjes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Uruguay! Joaquin Gayoso went to the wrong direction when Herald Van de Goor was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Weijnandts got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximiliano Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Mike Armentier in the 20th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. After 21 minutes, Francisco Seco made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Suikerklontjes's Sammy Godts tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Mike Armentier with Johannes Weijnandts as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jaime Cazalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sammy Godts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Uruguay's attentive Alberto Gisbert managed to snatch the ball when Mike Armentier made a throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Yoachim Hauwaerts came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Suikerklontjes defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sammy Godts. The Suikerklontjes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sammy Godts should have stopped the shot. Herald Van de Goor made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. The supporters of Suikerklontjes booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Weijnandts made a kick off. Uruguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Cazalla in the 55th minute. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Suikerklontjes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathieu Wauters didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Suikerklontjes's zone, Maximiliano Escribano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sammy Godts came out of the goal and Maximiliano Escribano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the game, Mike Armentier threw the ball into play from the sideline. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yoachim Hauwaerts in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Weijnandts in the 79th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Suikerklontjes's Sammy Godts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Suikerklontjes from getting a goal against them. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Godts having to interfere. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Johannes Weijnandts sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Suikerklontjes's Bart Van de Velde got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Suikerklontjes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uruguay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
