Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jaime Pardo kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the game, Cristian Lehior cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Epifanio Tuste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Jacobo Nores made a huge save. Calabria Norte's Erasmo Gabrio got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Epifanio Tuste went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Primitivo Escribano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paraguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Escribano in the 35th minute of play forced Calabria Norte's goalkeeper Ulises Donostia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Tuste who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Jacobo Nores when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Gabrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Epifanio Tuste to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Saul Luar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacobo Nores skillfully saved the ball. If Hector Covarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Gabrio struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calabria Norte. In the 83rd minute, Xavier Zoido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Calabria Norte's Epifanio Tuste in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Paraguay's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Calabria Norte had won, even though Paraguay had held more of the ball.
