Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Francisco Conceicão's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 6thth minute of the game Isaac Andrews who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. After having played for 11 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Andrews in the 12th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wang Guang Chuan in the 14th minute. Isaac Andrews took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Esteves was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, one of Alexandrie CF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alexandrie CF. Matthias Brandin went to the wrong direction when Tomas Illescas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Alexandrie CF's Isaac Andrews got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Conceicão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Conceicão was the one to do the kick off. When Wang Guang Chuan fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alexandrie CF's protests and gave Wang Guang Chuan a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alexandrie CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Matthias Brandin. Wang Guang Chuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandrie CF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Patricio Costa 69 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. In the 71st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Conceicão in the 72nd minute of play. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matthias Brandin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Alexandrie CF's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthias Brandin came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Franco in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 86th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Franco went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Roland Gosse got a throw-in 90 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Isaac Andrews. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Franco in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaac Andrews went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score.
