Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reginaldo Lisboa kicked off to start the match. Reginaldo Lisboa scored 0-1 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filipe Travassos's late challenge caught a Curacao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filipe Travassos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Curacao booed when GDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to GDP getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Cássio Leme hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes, GDP's Lourenço Faria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bruno Barrett came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GDP reached it. Stanley Wallace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Cristóvão Belo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 minutes of play, GDP's Reginaldo Lisboa made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Reginaldo Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nivaldo Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reginaldo Lisboa in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Reginaldo Lisboa put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Lousada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes of play, GDP's Reginaldo Lisboa made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Leme in the 39th minute of play. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reginaldo Lisboa's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. After 45 played minutes GDP got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Lousada. Stanley Wallace could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Cristóvão Belo made a huge save. After the first half GDP were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyle Davies made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Cássio Leme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Cássio Leme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reginaldo Lisboa took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. GDP's Reginaldo Lisboa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nivaldo Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 70th minute, Cássio Leme made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Martinho Portela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reginaldo Lisboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reginaldo Lisboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by GDP's Reginaldo Lisboa. But to his dismay, Reginaldo Lisboa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. 88 minutes into the match, Reginaldo Lisboa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett, 0-11. If Leonardo Lousada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martinho Portela in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute Reginaldo Lisboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
