Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dennis Tozzi took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Daniele Ubriaco sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. Alfonso Pedrelli charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfonso Pedrelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alfonso Pedrelli hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Kyle Davies recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Pedrelli in the 14th minute of the match. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Tozzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniele Ubriaco went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Dennis Tozzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Tozzi in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marshall Graham in the 30th minute of play forced CA Boca Jrs's goalkeeper Ercole Ceresoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniele Ubriaco went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Carmine Orlandi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Ercole Ceresoli was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kyle Davies. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Tozzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 44th minute Fabrizio Costacurta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half CA Boca Jrs were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyle Davies made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Dennis Tozzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Dennis Tozzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rocco Owen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. Rocco Owen hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 60thth minute of the game Dennis Tozzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curacao's Bruno Barrett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. Daniele Ubriaco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. In the 78th minute, CA Boca Jrs's Dennis Tozzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Charles Cox hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Fabrizio Costacurta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Domenico Costacurta managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA Boca Jrs's supporters rose to their feet, but Domenico Costacurta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the game, Daniele Ubriaco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Tozzi in the 93rd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Tozzi in the 95th minute of play. CA Boca Jrs played a much better game than Curacao and deserved their victory. The Curacao players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
