Illés Kiss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Cadaval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Illés Kiss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Áron Jánosi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Illés Kiss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Illés Kiss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Alberto Tafalla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Mexico were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
