Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Dennis Wegman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. 3 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Wegman came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The MK Investments fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when MK Investments's Sebastiaan Middeljans looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 15 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Poremba came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MK Investments's Peter Oldenborger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 19th minute of play. Olaf Degens kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waclaw Poremba took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 25th minute Waclaw Poremba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 played minutes MK Investments got a freekick which was hit by Jorn Pilage. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Domenik Hoffhuis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastiaan Middeljans made a kick off. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Sebastiaan Middeljans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter Oldenborger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 52nd minute of the match. MK Investments's Sebastiaan Middeljans came free and shot a quick shot against goal 54 minutes in the game, fortunately Jonathan Ferrant had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Peter Oldenborger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Sebastiaan Middeljans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter Oldenborger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Oldenborger having to interfere. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waclaw Poremba in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 83rd minute Waclaw Poremba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MK Investments walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
