Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Tom Lundgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Juan Rubio's late challenge caught a WRYYYY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Rubio helped the player get up and apologised. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by WRYYYY's Dennis Henriksson. But to his dismay, Dennis Henriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 15 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kaj Törnblom. In the 19th minute WRYYYY were awarded a corner. George Danielsson went to the cornerflag to take it. George Danielsson made a great header on WRYYYY's corner, it was just that Costa Rica's Benito Sanz managed to reach the ball for a save. 24 minutes into the game, Eliseo Noboa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Tom Lundgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. George Danielsson took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 34 minutes into the match, WRYYYY's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Tom Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 36th minute of play forced WRYYYY's goalkeeper Tom Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Emil Bollström in the 39th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Dennis Henriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Dennis Henriksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Torbjörn Ekeroth to strike the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Danielsson went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. 60 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Henriksson came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61stth minute of the game Dennis Henriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Henriksson came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Danielsson in the 66th minute of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Ekeroth in the 67th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Torbjörn Ekeroth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Viktor Sandström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tom Lundgren. Tom Lundgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-3. After a rather tough play, WRYYYY's Pål Björling got a free kick in the 88th minute. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. Nils-Åke Vennerberg hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Juan Rubio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. WRYYYY fully deserved thier win.
