Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Elliot Norström got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonny Vacker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Lindholm in the 16th minute of the match. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sun Lightfoot in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Calcio Brigate Rossonere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Morat to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Elliot Norström managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Daniel Zorita had several of the Calcio Brigate Rossonere's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Elliot Norström as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Elliot Norström made a huge save. In the 36th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elliot Norström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute of play forced Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goalkeeper Elliot Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th match minute, Calcio Brigate Rossonere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Hellström to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sun Lightfoot to make the kick off. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goalie prevented a goal. 58 minutes into the match, Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Elliot Norström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliot Norström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Elliot Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute of play. Sun Lightfoot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 67th minute of play forced Calcio Brigate Rossonere's goalkeeper Elliot Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Manfred Näfver got a free kick in the 71st minute. After some careless play in the Calcio Brigate Rossonere defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elliot Norström. The Calcio Brigate Rossonere fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elliot Norström should have stopped the shot. Elliot Norström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 81st minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elliot Norström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Elliot Norström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jonny Vacker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Emil Jespersson in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
