Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Seco kicked off to start the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergey Rudnev in the 15th minute of play. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Stanislav Aleksandrov in the 17 minute of the game. 21 minutes into the game, Sergey Rudnev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Партизан's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Партизан was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergey Rudnev didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Covarrubias. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikita Fateev, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Escribano. Adam Lipan's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adam Lipan helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Партизан fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Uruguay. Jaime Cazalla stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kinsen Escajedo. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Партизан's Rastislav Bagdanov got a free kick in the 38th minute. Kinsen Escajedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Stanislav Aleksandrov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute of the match Jaime Cazalla shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kinsen Escajedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Партизан's zone, Alberto Gisbert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kinsen Escajedo came out of the goal and Alberto Gisbert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Партизан players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Uruguay were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felice Di Lello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Партизан was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergey Khramczankov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergey Rudnev's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kinsen Escajedo having to interfere. Партизан's Cheslav Aleksandrov was substituted for Vladimir Tihamirov. Kinsen Escajedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergey Rudnev in the 66th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergey Rudnev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kinsen Escajedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Seco's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felice Di Lello in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rastislav Bagdanov hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Seco in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kinsen Escajedo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Партизан's goalkeeper Kinsen Escajedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felice Di Lello in the 85th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felice Di Lello in the 96th minute of the match.
