The GERLIROJO Ψ fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when GERLIROJO Ψ's Martin Jax looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save GERLIROJO Ψ from getting a goal against them. GERLIROJO Ψ's Martin Jax got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Martin Jax ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Duarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After the first half GERLIROJO Ψ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Charro Dieguez made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of GERLIROJO Ψ booed when Ya Perdimos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaizki Espuga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andres Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryan Hita in the 54th minute of the match. Paulo Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnout Van den Wyngaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Ibañez might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Duarte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epifanio Ibañez ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes into the match, Ya Perdimos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Ibañez came free, but Paulo Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charro Dieguez in the 91st minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Andres Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GERLIROJO Ψ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
