Matias Ceandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murillo Martins in the 5th minute of the match. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Matias Ceandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wei Guang Xing in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Felipe Ralondo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Andres van der Sar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matias Ceandro made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Murillo Martins sent off a good shot on target. Andres van der Sar came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Felipe Ralondo. But to his dismay, Felipe Ralondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rui Furtado might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres van der Sar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rui Furtado ran back to his position shaking his head. Matias Ceandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murillo Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Andres van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Ralondo in the 38th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Felipe Ralondo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andres van der Sar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Felipe Ralondo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andres van der Sar having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Ralondo in the 47th minute of play forced MONTANHA's goalkeeper Andres van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felipe Ralondo was the one to do the kick off. Matias Ceandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wei Guang Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the game, Benedito Trancoso threw the ball into play from the sideline. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's 秦冰银 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in MONTANHA's zone, Felipe Ralondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres van der Sar came out of the goal and Felipe Ralondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Ralondo in the 65th minute of play forced MONTANHA's goalkeeper Andres van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres van der Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Ralondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Ceandro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wei Guang Xing went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beto Márcico got free with Andres van der Sar in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matias Ceandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wei Guang Xing in the 78th minute of the match. Matias Ceandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Matos in the 81st minute of play. In the 87th minute, Murillo Martins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MONTANHA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. When Rui Furtado came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Asesinos Por Naturaleza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rui Furtado couldn't finish the play. In the 91st match minute, MONTANHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Peres to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, MONTANHA's goalkeeper Andres van der Sar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beto Márcico. In the 94th minute Asesinos Por Naturaleza were awarded a corner. Wang Qing went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nilton Montenegro during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Asesinos Por Naturaleza booed when MONTANHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilton Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Asesinos Por Naturaleza had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
