In the 3rdth minute of the game Afonso Cardozo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paso FC's Mira Pene was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wei Guang Xing in the 5th minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Mira Pene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Paso FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Tomas Lucero hit a great ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Wei Guang Xing managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MONTANHA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wei Guang Xing was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mira Pene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wei Guang Xing in the 21st minute of play. MONTANHA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Afonso Cardozo in the 22nd minute. Mira Pene didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wei Guang Xing went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute Oktay Eğriöz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Cardozo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mira Pene came out and tried to block the shot, but Afonso Cardozo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 40th minute. A collision led to Paso FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Pete Violento hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, Paso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Cresitobalo to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Afonso Cardozo from long distance, 45 minutes into the match, got Mira Pene's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Mira Pene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. The supporters of MONTANHA booed when Paso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Cresitobalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Paso FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Teo Cresitobalo hit a great ball. Afonso Cardozo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mira Pene. Paso FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Andres van der Sar made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Tomas Lucero sent off a good shot on target. Gonçalo Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Wei Guang Xing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 played minutes MONTANHA got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Walec. Teodoro Peres made in the 75th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paso FC's Tomas Lucero. Murillo Martins made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paso FC's Tomas Lucero. Denis Rivas struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Andres van der Sar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paso FC. The supporters of Paso FC booed when MONTANHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonçalo Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the MONTANHA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
