Godfried Teunens blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cruz Salcedo having to make a save. Cruz Salcedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfried Teunens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Godfried Teunens made a precise shot to the right of Cruz Salcedo. Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 王桑辰 in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvestre Peli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When La Bichineta's Godfried Teunens in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Silvestre Peli came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's 王桑辰. But to his dismay, 王桑辰 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godfried Teunens to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Godfried Teunens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cruz Salcedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 minutes Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dariusz Motyl who took care of the corner kick. After 60 minutes of play, La Bichineta's Godfried Teunens made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cruz Salcedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th minute, Eliseo Iigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cruz Salcedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 72nd minute, Eliseo Iigo made a precise shot to the right of Cruz Salcedo. Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. 75 minutes into the match, Eliseo Iigo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cruz Salcedo, 1-7. Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's Cruz Salcedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Iigo in the 78th minute of play. Eliseo Iigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Iigo in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cruz Salcedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cruz Salcedo was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Eliseo Iigo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliseo Iigo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. Cruz Salcedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Iigo in the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Vennard Rojak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Bichineta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato the free kick. In the 94th match minute, La Bichineta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vennard Rojak to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes La Bichineta got a freekick which was hit by Vennard Rojak. Eliseo Iigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cruz Salcedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When the match was over La Bichineta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato throughout the match.
